Method
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion, celery, and carrots and sauté until the onion is translucent and the vegetables are softened, about 7 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken, broth, dill, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook until the pasta is done (find the pasta cooking time on the pasta package).
