Preheat over to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, parsley, egg, parmesan cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add the ground beef to the cracker mixture and mix with hands or a wooden spoon just until combined (do not overwork!).
Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking pan. Note: make sure you use a baking pan with sides so the grease doesn't run over.
Bake for 25 minutes, then simmer in marinara sauce 15-20 minutes.
Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with more parmesan and parsley, if desired.
