- In a small bowl, combine the tartar sauce, chopped dill pickle or relish, chopped fresh dill, and cajun seasoning.
- Stir in salt, pepper, and a few dashes of hot sauce, if desired.
- Mix until the creamy sauce is well blended and smooth and taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for best flavor.
