Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickle or dill pickle relish
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill or other fresh herbs
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning or creole seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce optional, for more heat

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine the tartar sauce, chopped dill pickle or relish, chopped fresh dill, and cajun seasoning.
  2. Stir in salt, pepper, and a few dashes of hot sauce, if desired.
  3. Mix until the creamy sauce is well blended and smooth and taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for best flavor.
