Method
- Add all ingredients to a wide-mouth mason jar.
- Place your immersion blender into the jar, making sure it touches the bottom. Turn it on and blend without moving it for about 15 seconds. The mayonnaise will start to thicken and emulsify quickly.
- After the bottom has thickened, slowly raise the immersion blender while continuing to blend. This ensures the oil fully incorporates and your mayonnaise becomes smooth and creamy.
