- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until no longer pink.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
- While the taco meat cooks, prepare the salad base. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and beans.
- Add the warm ground turkey on top of the salad mix.
- Drizzle with sour cream and/or ranch dressing, if using.
- Add optional toppings like crushed tortilla chips for crunch.
