Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Press the crescent roll dough into a parchment-lined jelly roll pan, pressing it up the sides and pinching all the seams together.
- Top the crescent roll dough with the cooked sausage, followed by thawed hashbrowns.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour evenly over the sausage and hashbrowns.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until egg is set in the middle.
