3 Ingredient Fruit Smoothie {Quick and Healthy!}

This 3 ingredient smoothie is easy, healthy, and delicious. It's loved by kids and adults alike, and you can whip it up in minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz. frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup oatmilk unsweetened or vanilla works best
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup for a hint of natural sweetness

Equipment

  • Measuring cup
  • Measuring spoon
  • Blender (this personal blender might just be my favorite kitchen appliance!)
  • Mason jar or cup for serving (this recipe fits a pint-size mason jar perfectly!)

Method
 

  1. Measure 6 oz. of frozen berries and pour into the blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of oatmilk on top of the berries.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon maple syrup over the mixture.
  4. Secure the lid and blend for 20-30 seconds or until smooth and no fruit chunks remain.
  5. Pour into a mason jar or your favorite cup.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can double the recipe for a larger serving or to share with your kids.
